Certifications

Environmental Management Systems create a framework aiming at identifying impacts of an organization’s activities, defining improvement targets, implementing action plans and evaluating progress. In this context, each Recylex group’s establishment and subsidiary has management systems which are certified by approved organisations. These certifications constitute international standards in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

 

  • The ISO 9001 standard relates to quality management systems. It defines the minimum requirements for an organization’s quality management system. The standard is based on four main fields: management responsibility, quality system, process and continual improvement of the system.

 

  • The ISO 14001 international standard provides for environmental management system requirements (E.M.S.) enabling any organization to define a policy and targets by taking into account any legal requirements and information relating to important environmental impacts.

 

  • The OHSAS 18001 standard is a model of workplace health and safety management system aiming at preventing risks in the workplace by providing any organization with an assessment support of their workplace health and safety management system which is compatible with international management system standards.
